| What to expect at a "meeting" |
| There will be two types of meetings. One would be an informal and the other would be an official event. |
| Informal- The idea behind this was to use this meeting as a recruitment event for like a couple hours, while sitting back, relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee. In addition, this meeting would also serve as a planning stage for the next official meeting the next week. Meetings will be held on the 3rd Saturday of each month at a venue to be determined. |
| Official- This would be the "official" event. We will go over introductions, rules, and what the agenda for the meeting would be. Included would be screenings, presentations, socializing, and more for 5 hours! Events will take place at the Goggleworks on the 1st Saturday of each month! |
