The Network of Reading Otaku (N.O.R.O) is an organization based in and around the greater city of Reading (pronounced: Redding), Pennsylvania.
This social organization was put together by a group of like-minded and motivated individuals who realized their was a lack of an official organization of some sort in the region.
Hence, a lot of effort was put into getting the organization started on 01/01/09! |
